For me this was a very important course, called Design Strategy, because I learnt so many different tools to help deal with uncertainty, to guide you at the beginning of every project. This together with the cooperation with MoonWalk Tomorrow 's team of young, extremely smart and professional guys working on a meaningful project was an exceptionally valuable experience for me.
The main deliverable of the project was a report containing all our analysis, service design propositions and product development ideas. You can take a look of it here, and below I'll extract some of it separately..
After researching all possible stakeholders and contacting some of them, we did a Value Flow map. The Service Blueprint shows how we imagined it all work.
And here it is illustrated in different scenarios.
