A durable smart device made to motivate and guide users in the meditative practice using playful tactile, auditory and temperature feedbacks.
It requires no connectivity to use, however synchronising it with a mobile device through a complimentary phone application adds extra features. It allows for personalised tracking with motivational challenges and rewards encouraging to build a more regular and effective practice as well as upgrading the existing content of the stone.

RGB. Red Green and Blue. This is all that your computer screen is made of. And this is what we wanted to teach children. - how the pixel works, or simply how colourblending with light happens.
We build three interactive cubes teaching that principle in an exciting way, while overcoming various technical issues. It was an exhibit in the Science Centre Museum in Trondheim and we are really proud of it!

Current methods of meeting the food demand are simply unsustainable. Insects are proven to be rich in nutrients, efficient and an environmentally friendly source of food. The criCup vending machine produces, processes and dispenses 1kg of crickets a day in the form of a healthy snack in a variety of flavours. criCup helps normalise eating insects by being available in public spaces and social contexts.

This is an offshore submerged fish farm in a 15 - 25 years future. We challenged ourselves to look at the full system. All modules have been designed to play into and support the system as a whole.
We had to investigate the current salmon farming situation for the future concentrating on moving the majority of the system further offshore and automising it as much as possible.

This was quite an ambitious project for Design in Wood subject.
We could do whatever we want and my partner and I decided to build something around the Scandinavian love of bread and bread making.
Using charred timber techniques and a well-thought mechanism, we wanted to create the ultimate bread box.

Here you can see the old version of my personal website that, although the amount of effort put into it, didn't live long. It was a great learning experience though.

A collaboration between NTNU Master students and Moonwalk Tomorrow (a crowdfunded innovation company) to design a Product Service System around water delivery in Kenya thus freeing a lot of people's time.
The project involved the following topics of Product Planning and Goal Finding, Design Process and Methods, Identity, Branding and Form giving, Culture, Acculturation & Globalisation, Stakeholder´s Participation & Network Development

Stanford University based course concentrated on the process of innovation that was brilliantly conducted.
Working with 15 other student from different engineering backgrounds, we applied all of the design thinking tools coming up with interesting proposals to improve the Autonomous car experience for the user and the communication between car and environment.
Both enlightening and fun!

A Bulgarian Blueberry farm asked me for help designing their brand, mainly packaging, business cards and labels. They're proud with the cleannes of their product and that it is grown in Bulgaria for the Bulgarian market.
So far they have decided on no export, that's why it is all still just in Bulgarian.

User orientated project with an aim to improve city transportation (based in Glasgow) for disabled people thus improving transportation for everyone. I decided to make the ‘ultimate’ walkway by concentrating on making it Safe, Efficient and Accessible.
Making it transparent aimed at just adding to the landscape without taking away from it.

A very interesting project done together with architecture students from Glasgow School of Art.
We had to come up with a joint for a flat wooden frame and build it to scale. It had to connect 8 pieces of timber together and be strong enough to hold the structure of 8m span.

It was high time to make a business card and I decided to take advantage of the laser cutter and the 1mm cardboard we had available and get creative.
This is what I came up with, much thicker than a usual card, but I still like it.

I took part in a competition for innovative structural packaging solutions organised by the Norwegian conglomerate company Orkla.
In particular, for their diet shakes series Nutrilett. Here you can see some of my proposals together with insights they are based on.

3-part project where the 1st one was to choose a product and dissect it completely - mine was a hand blender.
2nd part was to fully research a brand, mine was Bang&Olufsen.
And finally, what you can see here, I had to redesign my product as if it was designed by the given company.

For a second year project called "Hydro Do That?" we were tasked with pumping 5 litres of water up a height of 60cm in the most efficient manner possible.
The pump had to be capable of performing this task in under 5 minutes, powered by a 24V DC motor. Putting theory in practise in this particular case was quite challenging but definitely a very valuable experience.

The aim was to create both interactive and educational musical instrument suitable for children. The tricky bit was that it had to be based on laser technology due to 2015 being UNESCO Year of Light.
Our solution involved a static laser beam, a bowl full of tonic (due to its quinine), a phosphorescent semi translucent surface, and a camera underneath.
